I studied Communication Design at the Hamburg Technical Art College and International Marketing at the University of Hamburg. Before starting my studies, I founded my first online agency in 1998. Together with 25 other freelancers from various design disciplines I formed a creative network that later became my creative agency Sekeido.

I have many years of experience as a creative and art director as well as in marketing, project management, communication and customer service. As co-founder and managing director of the agency Sekeido and in various interim positions in different agencies, I worked for small and medium-sized companies as well as well-known international companies and clients from various industries and have gained extensive expertise in more than 300 internet, software and design projects.

Since 2012 I have been working as a freelance consultant, art & creative director and interim project manager. For example, I supervised the online re-launch of a Swiss private bank in a leading position as creative and art director and leading project & account manager. Since 2015 I have also specialized in the content management system WordPress. For medium-sized customers and small businesses I offers all services around company and brand appearances from one source: consulting, corporate & graphic design, UI/UX design and the design and programming of corporate websites, e-commerce solutions and mobile apps.

Furthermore I specialized since 2006 in online marketing and distribution strategies for films and documentary movies with another company “addictivefilm”. In close cooperation with the award-winning filmmaker Marcus Vetter and his company Filmperspektive GmbH, a total of 8 feature films have been produced in which I was involved in various functions. My main tasks include the design and realization of the advertising (online and offline), art direction (graphic design of the films), as well as the conception and realization of second-screen concepts, social media campaigns and multi-platform distribution strategies. At the same time I am involved in the production, for example as second cameraman and as producer.
